Help Please – Need a Basal Thermometer?!

Hi,

We want to start trying to predict ovulation by charting temperature and
have done a bit of research on how best to do this.  It seems we need a
‘Basal Thermometer’ (preferably digital), but we can’t find one anywhere
either locally in the UK or online except in the USA.  Does anyone know
where we could buy one in the UK as we’re sort of stuck without one and
apparently an ordinary ‘fever’ thermometer just wont do!

Thanks,

Fiona & Barry

Why do people really have all of these problems?

Why do people have all of these infertility problems?  Does anyone have any
theories of their own?  Just curious..

Hi all,

Does anyone know what happened to Dr Alex Steinleitner and the Astarte

Trying again

Hey everyone,
Well I took my couple of months off and took a weeks vacation in
Florida.  Visitied Sea World and Disney and had a total blast.  So now I

think I’m ready to try again.  I’m looking for a new RE tho.  After
reading hear and websites and stuff there’s lots of stuff my RE never
did that he could have.  I only did 2 cycles of Clomid and then he
wanted to do IVF.  That’s when I said ‘no’ and that I needed a break.
So my break is over.  I’m going to see my PCP on 4/11 and see if I can
get her to give me a referral to an RE that’s closer to my house so it
will be easier with the appointments and stuff.  I hope this new RE will

be better.  I wasn’t looking for a female RE but  there doesn’t seem to
be any here in NH.  Oh well.

(hoping things will go better this time)

Perganol No Longer on Formulary (preg., m/c ment.)

With the first of the year came a change in the prescription insurance
program my work has and the new insurance does not have Perganol on
their formulary.  Is there a generic equivalent, and what are the
differences between it and Perganol?

We were finally able to get pregnant on Perganol & IUI’s after 2 years
of TTC, but unfortunately lost the baby.  The possible change in drug
regimine really bothers me because the RE said we would start back
where we left off since the regimine was working okay once I’ve
recovered enough and we’ve completed some tests.  Now I’m worried if
we change drugs we’ll have to start with lower dosages to determine
how I react.
